RETURN / REFUND POLICY (T&C)

  •  We don’t accept returns or refunds. We take customer satisfaction seriously and is our utmost priority. So we can exchange with other products.
  •  For exchanges, unpacking video is a must. 
  •  We do not accept cash refund requests on any products sold at any time. We offer store credit, that can be used anytime.
  •  If you are not satisfied with what you received, replacement will be accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your order (in terms of manufacturing defects, wrong product sent by us), and would like a replacement, we will replace it with a different item or available item(s) on eligible orders.
  •  The items you are returning must be unwashed and unused, with original clothing tags
  •  Replacements for your orders will be processed once the original items are received and pass the quality checks, and are approved for exchange.

– We will assist you with your queries only during our working hour, if we receive any calls during our non-working hours, we will revert back the next day if we have bandwidth, or We would request you to call us again during our working hours.

 – Once the product is delivered to the customer, you will have to revert back to us within 3 days of delivery for exchange request. Requests beyond 3 days are strictly not eligible for exchange.

– If there is any damage or manufacturing defect exchange will be accepted. Unpacking video is mandatory for any damage/missing claims. Unpacking video will be considered a proof

. You need to reach us at our instagram @ shero_be.classy and send us an image and unpacking video of the damage/ defective area. Upon our confirmation, we will send you the address to return the parcel and send you the procedure.

We will send you the shipping charges once you send the courier receipt. We don’t have courier pickup service as we rely on third party couriers for all our courier activities.

– Before we send the parcel we will measure the weight and mention it on the courier cover, for any missing claims we need you to send unpacking video along with the weight of the parcel.

– If you have any size issues, exchange will be accepted. You need to reach us at our instagram @ shero_be.classy and let us know within 3 days of delivery. We will send you the address to return the parcel and send you the procedure. Courier charges have to be paid by the customer to initiate the exchange process. If you have any doubts in choosing the right size, kindly message us with your recent measurements. We will assist you in choosing the right size.

– If we have sent any wrong item or size, we will accept the exchange. This has to be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Upon our confirmation, we will send you the address to return the parcel and send you the procedure. We will send you the shipping charges once you send the courier receipt. – Exchange is not applicable between different categories. If the reason seems valid, we will consider it.

– We don’t accept exchanges /returns for any other reasons. If the reason is valid, we will consider doing exchange. If any product returned by the customer, its eligible for store credit only. We do not accept cash refund requests on any products sold at any time.

– In case the product for replacement is not available at the moment, the customer will be eligible for store credit that is equal to the value of the product or they can choose any alternative product. Amount will not be refunded.

– During exchange, if we don’t have same item in stock, we will ask you to select from our available collection.

– Exchange/ replacement shipping will be processed only after the original item passes the quality check (Unused, unwashed & no smell). If there is any tag attached with the outfit, it has to be send mandatorily.
